This major provides an alternative for the adult learner who wishes to pursue a mission-based bachelor’s degree in the business field. It expands upon the traditional business curriculum to include a greater emphasis on areas such as ethics, organizational dynamics, and diversity in all types of organizations. The courses in this major will strengthen the student’s ability to think strategically, manage teams effectively, and drive organizational success in a diverse and complex environment.
